Esther 8:17b says, "And many of the people of the land became Jews; for the fear of the Jews fell upon them"!

Where were these folk before their lives were threatened? It's amazing the Jews would accept them. One would suspect that if conditions were reversed, they would embrace their former position again. It reminds me of the "flip-flop" ways of a recent presidential candidate. "Dear, Lord, Please deliver us from such people."

O how desperately we need persons who stand for righteousness no matter what is going on.

Maranatha! The Lord Jesus is soon coming for His own, very soon! Rejoice, assuming you are one of God's people! If you are not, please give your life to Him today before it is too late! You'll be so glad you did!
